Hair Problems

Hey guys! So some of you know I cut my hair, or at least that I was thinking about cutting it. I wrote about it awhile back.

I did make the chop! I’ve had short hair for a little while now and I love it and everyone else seems to like it.

It’s a cute little bob, it’s got some layers for texture, it’s softer and healthier.

It’s all going great.

But…

I’ve had long hair my entire life and while I like the short hair… I miss my long hair.

Hey friends! I’m back with another favorites post for this week!

I have this thing where I hate to pay for a subscription to anything. And I meanΒ anything. If there is a way around it, I’ll find it.

But there is one subscription that I do pay for. Netflix.

Netflix is precious. I’m on there much more than I should be, binge watching shows that I’ve seen more times than I can count.

Am I sorry for wasting my time doing nothing as I re-watch the same shows and cry at the same sad parts and laugh till I cry at all the same jokes? No. No, I’m not.

Just Be Yourself

Just Be Yourself

I hate calling this a “self love” post, cause that sounds so mushy. Let’s call a motivational post. It’s a confidence post! πŸ˜‰

I grew up in a relatively large family. My twin brother and I were the youngest of 8 kids. My older siblings, not all of them, but most of them, went through college and two of them now are very well established in their careers. There was always this indescribable pressure to live up to what they’d achieved.

But I’m just now learning that I don’t have to.

It’s great that they have all that stuff, that works for them.

But college, tedious levels of studying, a high-pressure job like an engineer and all that; it’s just not for me.
