Hey y’all! I didn’t get a chance to write last weekend, but I wanted to sit down and tell you guys about some things that have been on my mind and some changes to my blog.
With my new job, I work early in the morning and I’m usually home by noon, sometimes a little earlier. It’s not a full time thing, but because it’s so early for me, by the time I get home I don’t really feel like doing anything. So I basically just lounge around the house and watch a ton of Netflix. I’m sure you can relate 😉
Well anyway, I would end up binge watching tv shows on Netflix that weren’t shows I should be watching as a Christian. Continue reading
It’s no secret to anyone who knows me that I love two things, very, very dearly. Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. I grew up watching Lord of the Rings and reading the books and I will most definitely be making a post on it very soon!
But for this blog post, I’ve decided to write about why I love Harry Potter. I first saw Harry Potter when I was 16 and I honestly didn’t really pay that much attention to it. I kinda forgot about it for awhile, until I decided to watch it again with some friends and we made a marathon out of it last year sometime.
That’s when I really realized that I LOVE HARRY POTTER. Like a lot. I’ve rewatched it so many times since then that I’ve lost count.
Hey friends! I’m back with another favorites post for this week!
I have this thing where I hate to pay for a subscription to anything. And I mean anything. If there is a way around it, I’ll find it.
But there is one subscription that I do pay for. Netflix.
Netflix is precious. I’m on there much more than I should be, binge watching shows that I’ve seen more times than I can count.
Am I sorry for wasting my time doing nothing as I re-watch the same shows and cry at the same sad parts and laugh till I cry at all the same jokes? No. No, I’m not.
Hey friends! It’s another favorites post!
I wanted to write about 5 of my favorite musicals, but I just couldn’t decide which ones I love the most! It was hard for me to pick just a few, but I finally narrowed it down to just 5. They aren’t in any specific order though because I love them all equally 😉
1. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Who doesn’t love Willy Wonka?! I’m talking about the Gene Wilder rendition of course, because he is truly the only actor who was ever fit to play that role. I feel very passionate about this. But really though, a musical all about candy… What’s not to like!
